• Consent records — whether you checked a box to receive text messages, which box you checked, and the date and time you did so.
• Billing information — payment method details, which are processed by our payment processor and not stored on our servers.

Neither is pre-checked, neither is required, and our forms work whether you check both, one, or neither.

Mobile information and third parties.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf — hosting, CRM and messaging infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Clients. If you submitted a form operated by AI Automation Agency on behalf of one of our clients, your contact details are shared with that client so they can respond to your inquiry.
• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Automation Agency, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
• With your direction. When you ask us to share it.

As stated in Section 5, mobile opt-in data and text messaging consent are excluded from all sharing except to subcontractors providing support services on our behalf.

8.1 All users

• Email: click “unsubscribe” in any marketing email.
• Text messages: reply STOP to any message.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email jesse@aiautomationagency.com and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

8.2 California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request deletion; to request correction; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in a way that requires an opt-out under the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request before acting on it. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

8.3 Other jurisdictions

If you are located outside the United States, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Contact us and we will assist you.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with telecommunications regulations, even after you opt out.

10. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vendor due diligence. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-Party Links and Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
